ISRAEL ?

Des timbres qui n'ont pas été émis, ni en Israël ni en Palestine et inferieur à 1948,  ils sont en hébreu seulement, mais ne sont répertoriés dans aucun catalogue spécialisé. Quelqu'un a-t-il des renseignements sur le sujet? Merci.

Stamps which were not issued, neither in Israel nor in Palestine and lower than 1948, they are in Hebrew only, but are not listed in any specialized catalog. Does anyone have any information on the subject? Thank you.
